This service towed my 9 month pregnant daughters car. The driver broke the windshield and then dropped it in a " back lot" of the Kia dealership. He never entered the dealership but left the keys in the car.
This driver knew that if he did not actually deliver the expected car to a live person that he would be able to say " I didn't do it" because there was a break in the chain of custody. When I called the company four times and was instantly put on hold every time.. I knew the company was not reputable. I see loads of 5 star reviews for them but believe them to be creative writing. No worries lowlifes... I'll pay for a windshield for my daughter. One star because I had to.
