Taken to ER for uncontrolled, projectile vomiting and worst headache of life above left eye. It was the worst experience of my life. Vomited for 4 hours in front of everyone in lobby before seen. Family repeatedly asked for help and to get me out of lobby. All they would say is we have no room. When I did finally get back to see MD, given two medication for vomiting with no relief. Sent home without a reason for condition. Imagine me vomiting into a bag as they sent me home saying there was nothing they could do for me. Given script to take Phenergan at home. It makes perfect sense to send someone home to take a pill when they are projectile vomiting and two IV medications didn't work. Went to PCP next day in exact same condition. In 15 minutes, the MD did an abdominal ultrasound which showed double bowel obstruction and he diagnosed me with shingles above my left eye. Please do not go there. They will kill you. My PCP said they should have done a CT of head to rule out brain bleed or other neurological problem. Thank god that wasn't the case or I probably would have died.
