Customer service is the worst I have ever seen! We paid, in advance, for garbage pick up on Mondays, but they never came. So, I called Customer Service and was told that driver was notified. They still did not pick up on Tuesday. Very bad service; do NOT recommend WCA in Mountain Grove, MO.

We called to rent a dumpster, paid our fee and was promised it would be delivered on 9-5, it is now Wednesday and still no dumpster. We have tried calling the Mountain Grove office and we either get a ring no answer, put on hold for 15 minutes and get hung up on and when we do get into a recording they never call us back. We are in the process of trying to move and really need the dumpster as promise. Their customer service is really bad. We have also tried emailing to no avail. Their fax line is always busy so can't reach them that way either...and yes we have paid for this service.

UPDATE
It is now Wednesday going on Thursday still no dumpster, still cannot get into the office. If you want to be ignored and not get what you have paid for go ahead and use them.
