Worst customer service experience. Owner was deceiving over a simple return. Had receipt and same credit card to return 4 days after purchasing, and owner denied merely because she remembered that she wrapped this item as a "gift" and she does not give money back for gifts, but will for regular purchases. This is despite confirming via telephone the day before that my money would be returned with the receipt and same card. What happened to "always make the customer happy"? It would have been well worth it had she honored her word. However, now I will never purchase in this store again and will also tell my friends to not shop in this store. Never felt so swindled by a retailer.
