very disappointed. The groomer called me to let me know my dog was ready around 4:30. There was a multi car accident and I was stuck in traffic. I called to tell her I was trying to get through traffic and had to leave a message. She calls me and screaming, OMG and begins to tell me what she has to do for the day. I got to the store about 5:30 because I was stopped in 3 lanes of traffic. Very very unprofessional. When I got there she said she heard on the radio about the accident. OK? wow? She still charged me 10.00 after already paying a premium rate. I told her to take 20.00 extra and I left to never return.

Doggie Dimensions Has Been Grooming My, Cocker Spaniel ( Daisy ) For 8 Yrs! I live In Indiana And Will Not Let Anyone Else Groom Her. The Ladies Here Are Fantastic With Their Work, And Also With Their Customer Greeting`s! Plus, You Can`t Beat Their Price`s! It Is Well Worth The Drive For Me And Daisy To Go To Doggie Dimensions! She Love`s Going And Getting Beautiful To! She Love`s All The Staff Here and So Do I. One Time I Had To Take Her To Pet Smart, Due To The High Volume They Have Here at Dimensions, It Was The Worse Experience For Daisy And Myself! We Have Never Went Back There Or Anywhere Else Because, If Your Looking For First Class Grooming, First Class Experience, This Is The Place You Want To Be For Your Beloved Pet`s And Their Outstanding Work! Trust Me, You Won`t Go Anywhere Else After Your First Class Experience Here, At Doggie Dimensions! Very Satisfied Customer, Judy, My Family, And Of Course Our Cocker Spaniel Daisy!!!

I love the way these ladies care for my shitzu! She gets nervous and shakes when I take her anywhere else but not at Doggie Dimensions. They do a great job grooming her.She is so dainty when I pick her up ! She loves her day at the groomer ! I know they treat her well from the way she acts . they do a great job trimming her and her hair is so shiney and smells so good.Their prices are reasonable too. Wouldn't go anywhere else !
