Jenifer Howson is literally a life saver. I am 23 years old, and an aspiring Naval Aviator. Unfortunately, the evening of Super Bowl, I made the biggest mistake of my life and got a DUI charge. Had I not contacted Jenifer Howson, at this minute I would be hunting for a new career, as a DUI is an automatic disqualification for Navy officers. Because of Jenifers hard work and dedication to my case, my DUI was not reduced, it was DROPPED. I came to Jennifer Howson in quite a "pickle " , a situation that she and I both knew was going to be a extremely hard and challenging case to conquer. Jenifer Howson is one of the best! Our son was 17 at the time of his Minor in Consumption charge and about to turn 18 within a few weeks of the incident and we retained her to help us with our son's case. With her creative expertise in this type of law, she was successful in obtaining a dismissal of the Minor in Consumption charge against him. She educated our son on his legal rights and the legal process every step of the way while also pointing out all the potential consequences as well. It became a good learning experience for him and she helped him understand this. She is very good at what she does and her office staff is very helpful as well. We highly recommend her to anyone!

I found her to be pretty slimey and overpriced. A friend referred her to me and I got no better deal than I had been offered by the public defender but got to pay 10x as much. ($500 fine plus $4500 retainer). But then again, who needs a home or car!

Jenifer was wonderful to work with. She was straightforward and told us all possibilities. Her response time was quick. Jenifer pulls no punches she does what she says she'll do. She listens and believes in you. Jenifer was fair with her fees even when our case ran longer due to a official that chose not to let the case rest even though dismissed at the juvenile level, this made Jenifer fight even harder and in the end had the case dismissed at all levels.
