Budget replaced the transmission on our 2004 Chevy Trailblazer, did a great job. Very helpful and honest. Will go back when and if we need auto repairs. Definitely recommend this place.

As I was driving onto the freeway going North from College Way, I begin to signal and a Budget Towing truck begins to speed up rather than lane changing left causing me to forcefully hit my brakes and almost collide into a semi truck that was pulled over on the ramp. This driver was acting careless and wreckless and I wonder how they drive with a client's cars.

I was scared to drive my car because it was making a really bad noise up front. I called Budget Towing for a quote to tow my car from Anacortes to the dealership in Burlington. When they answered not only were they professional but also upbeat and very friendly. When the tow truck arrived, the driver, Andy was professional and courteous. It only took him a few minutes and he was on his way to get my car fixed. The price was very affordable. THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!

I called Budget Towing, after reading the reviews and I have to say I am very satisfied with what people were saying. Their customer service really is awesome! The man who towed our truck (Andy) was extreamly friendly. We have a steep gravel driveway, he was able to back up it no problems! Most people have a hard time and spin big holes in it, so I was really impressed when he didn't!

Price plays a huge factor but I have nothing to compare it with, so I don't know if i got a good deal or not. The total I paid was $162.30, and seems like a fair price for the time and lenth of distance he towed the truck. It broke down between the Bow exit and the next exit going southbound and had to bring it back to Glenhaven. I am terrible with distance other wise I would have just extimated miles! Hope this helps!

This business has THE best customer service. My first contact was Josh who got out of his pajamas and got to us in way less time than estimated. When his truck wouldn't work for our car, he called a bigger truck immediately. This driver was a personable and wonderful as Josh. Having car troubles in the cold dark night is never pleasant, but these two people made it so much easier. There number has a permanent place in my phone.
