Provided by YP.comMy experience was good. They had the alterations when promised. It is a one-person operation, so when you go there you might have to wait a few minutes.

Provided by YP.comVery disappointing. No communication. Was told my item would be done in a few weeks and over 2 months later I never heard back until I tried calling a few times. Was hung up on after expressing that I was disappointed. No discount even was offered. Unprofessional staff and sad that they won't correct any mistakes or faults on their end.
