Absolutely horrible! Management, food,and service ,,, cold,empty,gross is what comes to mind,,,,was excited when they added wing street,,, but have not had a good experience,,,

This place would be great if it were run by the servers. The managers are rude and a poor representation of the company. They treat their employees like mindless minions in front of customers. Servers don't even get paid minimum wage. I feel sorry for them. I will not support a place that treats their workers like crap!

Don't pay with a card they will say it was denied and have you pay with cash and then charge your card so you get to pay for twice. I all so found out it was the owner that took my order. Now that's how you run a pizza shop. I won't go back.

I figured I would give this location several chances seeing as how im a pizza hut fanatic, but time and time again it was proven this place needs to crack the whip on their employees. A driver in a burgandy dodge durango drives through this town like a person with a lead foot and wooden windshield. An elder gentleman who works there was screaming at a mental disabled gentlemen which I find very wrong and unacceptable. Then on a few other visits I have heard employees (including managers) using foul unprofessional language in the store. Then a heavy set woman standing outside complaining about her job while on a smoke break loud enough for the whole parking lot to hear. Then a young lady in a small black car playing chicken with other drivers on the north side of town while on duty with the car topper thing on her car representing the company. If corperate saw or heard any of this I think they would be rethinking their management staff who are allowing and doing these actions. At least their food is good, their people listed above, well not so much!

love pizza hut its the bomb

We live right up the road from this place and hadn't had their pizza in a while so we went in there a few weeks ago and it was horrible..the cheese didn't cover the whole pie and we ordered onions and it looked like they maybe but a tablespoon of onions and barely any pep ...love mom & pop places but this place is terrible..

Pizza i order is always a exceptional product. Heavy on the cheese, toppings. Sauce is good and crust as well. My problem is the service. You will very clearly give your order to a disgruntled sounding man or women. They will repeat the order back to you for conformation. Only when you receive the pizza it will be a size smaller than order with the correct ordered pizza size printed on the box. Hoping you wont notice. They will also try to switch meat toppings for a cheaper alternative (ham for bacon bits usually). Once again, hoping you wont notice or complain. Upon bringing this to attention you will be rudely asked "so what do you want me to do about it?" If your lucky you will get restaurant credit. No actual cash/debit refund or apology. This has happened 3 times in three months. Local owner, Jerry Daugherty, needs to stop trying to cut corners and try to run a honest, and consistent business.

We always order the jumbo peperoni and are always very happy with the quality and taste. Fast delivery and great customer service.
