McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

The Children ( teenagers) that is hired to work the drive-thru are INCOMPETENT to be working at the Mt. Vernon Ohio Newark Rd McDonalds. when your the only one at the speaker and you have to yell to get there attention to order ( just a drink) and you finally get them to take your order and you see that there hanging out the window talking to people they know... It took me over 15 mins to try to get my order. Finally drove off due to INCOMPETENT children . I didn't know this McDonalds had visiting hrs at the drive thru!!!!!!
