Like a few others--if I could have them negative stars, I would.



After charging the wrong amount to the wrong card--and assuring me it would be reversed immediately (tying up all of my funds that were allocated for other vendors), they then demanded payment in full (for a second time)...after providing them another credit card..the very hour they were supposed to arrive for delivery--they then said that they would only come if I paid them in cash, which they knew I didn't have because of their error--putting me in an impossible position.



They offered no apology or any way to rectify or compensate for their error--but instead constantly putting me in a more difficult position.



72 hours later and the "reversed" funds have not posted. I have incurred several over draft fees and I had to pay 18% interest on a cash advance from my credit card to pay the other vendors..I have never dealt with such an irresponsible group of people.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They were incredibly rude on the day of my wedding. They did not deliver the tent at the time they said they would and then charged my credit card. When I spoke to Marty, from the company, he was outright rude and offensive, even though it was their mistake. You don't have to pay good money for this kind of service. There are plenty of tent rental places in New York that will be professional and courteous. I would never do business with them again. I strongly advise you stay away.
