I graduated from there a month ago and couldn't believe how easy it was to get a job. I interviewed at 9 salons and was offered 3. Pretty good in this economy. If you're looking for a career with good prospects, you won't do better than Westchester Beauty School.

Great school. Great teachers. Good all round education. Reasonable Prices. Check em out.

I've been coming here for years. They open days, nights and Saturdays. Nice school. Friendly staff. Good students--but not the most glamorous setting. This is the place to go if you're looking for a bargain. Haircuts (around $6), color (under $20), relaxing, straightening, etc. at equally good prices. If you're on a budget and need to save some serious cash, this is the place. Just remember, you're dealing with students (supervised) so everything takes longer and they don't know everything. I wouldn't try a complete restyle or color change, but for the basics, they're good.

I graduated from here over 10 years ago and just went back. I was pleased to see it's still family owned. The staff were great and really knew their stuff. Check it out if you're serious about becoming a hairdresser.

This is a great school. It has been around for a long time and they have graduated more than 3,000 students. My daughter graduated from here three years ago and she had no problem getting a job. All of the salons she interviewed at were impressed with her credentials and skills. I would recommend this school in a heartbeat

I graduated from there and enjoyed my time there. The school is a bit rundown, but the teachers are excellent and the classes are small. While some people don't graduate, the institution has been around since 1960, so they must be doing something right. All I can say is the tuition is reasonable, and I got my license the first time. And when you think about it, every school has to teach the same test--if their students are going to pass the State Board. Gina
