I went to get a microwave and Tyrone and fridge and microwave section help me picked out the right microwave for my home he was great and very informative on the appliance I live in Connecticut and I will drive to Mount Vernon at this store because of experience with this team member .

Customer service

Good selection in store but when I needed assistance it took forever to get an associate to help me. The store wasn't that crowded either. I would shop there again but I think they need more people on the floor.
