Provided by YP.comPrying on the elderly, I was charged over 100.00 more for a toilet. Not counting what I was charged to put a flange in. When I called for a est. I was told 65.00 a hour. Ended up paying 105.00 a hour. I was charged 40.00 a hour extra for a apprentice. This was not told to me before the job. They were here a hour and a half. I was charged for 4 hours. With there lunch break included. I was shocked to be charged 968.00.
