My vacuum broke the morning my home was going on the market for showings! I was in a huge bind, had no time. I called 2 repair places, no one would help me same-day. I called Vacuum Experts and Yovanni (if I spelled it right) said "Bring it in, I'll see what I can do." They are in a convenient location near Rand & Wolf Rd..

I explained my dilemma, they were busy but squeezed me in. Yovanni kindly fixed it for me same-day since I was panicked and no other places were willing to help me same-day. He was polite, professional, and gave me tips to prevent future problems. They also have vacuums for sale there, and when mine breaks again I will buy one from them. Great service. Thank you!!

I am going to be a repeat customer because of the service I received the first time. My carpet cleaner was not working properly because it was clogged. I received excellent service and would recommend this place to my friends.

VERY RUDE employees and not reasonable! I dropped off a carpet cleaner for warranty work and the following day, the employe called and stated that they would not work on it because it smelled very bad. Yes, it's a carpet cleaner! It's probably going to! They wanted to charge me $15 to clean it. I would have been fine with that if I was told that when I droped it off and not a day later! I talked to the "manager" who told me he was the owner of the store but he wasn't. He told me to pick up my cleaner and hung up on me. PLEASE do not do business here. You will be better off going somewhere else where you are treated like a customer.
