The company s services division provides customer support for installation, maintenance and operation of systems, and compiling technical documentation. Its micro technologies division manufactures tools that are required in the production of optical storage media, such as CDs and DVDs. Located in Wheeling, Ill., Technotrans America is a subsidiary of Technotrans AG and has offices in Germany, England, China and Singapore.
