Today the male owner yelled loud at my not even 2 year old son for trying to unstick a vunil magnetic sticker from their play area fence. This is not the way to treat toddlers, you can calmly warn us. If you’d like to yell at someone, find somebody your age or yell at your kids, not at mine! I’m not looking for an apology, just letting you know the reason why my review has one star. If you’d like to run a kids playground, know that things like this happen and no need to yell at us. We were not there for free, we paid for the visit, but felt very uncomfortable! I did not send my child to take off the sign... And he also did not damage it! I do not recommend this place!
Also for the 45 minutes we were there, they happened to be doing work in the nursing room. This place doesn't have a restroom and we had to go outside to the public restroom, change my kid's diaper while he is standing (he got frustrated) and go back. The work that the owner was doing in the nursing room involved drilling, which was pretty loud and scary for my child. Things like this should be done during regular hours. Other than that the place is new and relatively clean. The staff is kind (especially Nelly) and we have had some fun, until today. The kids meals are preselected items, not the perfect quality (sweet potatoes are always undercooked), but this is manageable. I was probably doing to remain a customer if this man has not shouted at my son, making both of us feel very uncomfortable!
