I went to the Mt Prospect store located in Randhurst about a week ago. There was one employee I saw who spent time at the Register and did not interact with any customers except to take their money. I suspect there was a second one in the back someone busy avoiding work. I had plenty of time but that did no good since help was not available. I use a walker so picking items myself is not a viable option. I called the corp[orate number and never heard back from anyone. There is no reason to go back to the store that occurs to me
