Provided by YP.comI have had the worst customer experience at the Mt Prospect Anytime Fitness ever! The associate, James, is unprofessional and has complete lack of respect for customers. I had an issue on hand with a charge and when I called to inquire about it, he was rude right from the beginning, would not allow me to speak to anyone else and hung up the phone on me! I will never do business with this location again
