They say they have a Price Match Guarantee but then when you go into the store they come up with all kinds of excuses of why they can't match the price. "Best Buy Lies". They have lost another customer for life. Why would I drive an extra 20 miles to buy something from Best Buy if they had it at the store I am currently at? I was told since it wasn't currently in stock at Walmart they would not match the price that Walmart had it marked for. I actually bought one at Walmart and had a reciept for the one I bought. The Racine, WI. Best Buy Manager tells me a million reason and keeps on changing them as to not price match the price. So they should advertise that we price match when we feel like it unless we think we may loose money cause who cares about loosing the customer.

Stopped at Best Buy in Racine yesterday, I don't usually shop there, and was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service. I was greeted when I walked in, I was asked if I needed help while looking at movies and the cashier was courteous and fast. This visit changed my attitude about Best Buy, keep up the good service, I will be back
