RECENTLY (MID NOV 2019) I RECEIVED A COMPREHENSIBLE QUOTE AND THEN THE COMPLETE INSTALLATION OF A NEW VINYL FENCE. JOHN, THE OWNER, WAS CONSTANTLY ON THE JOB AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING LOOKED PROFESSIONAL.......HE SHOWED SPECIAL CARE TO MEET MY NEEDS AS HIS CUSTOMER, ALWAYS MAKING SURE THAT HE MET MY EXPECTATIONS.

A FEW YEARS AGO MCKAY AND ASSOCIATES DID SOME WORK FOR ME ON MY NEW LANDSCAPING IN MAYFIELD ESTATES AND AGAIN, I WOULD GIVE HIM FIVE STARS FOR HIS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE AND FAIR PRICING.

McKay & Associates charged us $4,000 for a sprinkling system, but disconnected the neighbor's irrigation system in the process in order to connect mine. He insisted that this was somehow my problem. He agreed to fix the problem for an extra $300, then never showed up. We had to hire another company to fix the problem he created.

Several of the sprinkling pipes apparently froze and broke over the winter, one of the zones stopped working and some of the low-quality hardware they used failed. Despite their one-year warranty, they never returned my calls or answered my emails. Once again, I needed to hire another company to problem to fix what was their responsibility.

Absolutely the worst, most atrocious company I've ever dealt with. My mistake was paying them immediately. After getting my check, they were totally uninterested in talking to me.

I Looked out the window, and what did I see....? A Big truck and trailer parked in my driveway! Evidently they were doing my neighbor's yard, and, not even notifying me, parked in my driveway for 1-2 hours! How unprofessional and impolite!

While doing some landscaping for my next door neighbor McKay & Associates tore up my drive way and gravel. After being confronted with what they had done the response they gave me was it was my fault for having my driveway in their way. He wouldnt do anything to fix it.

I called and left a message and they never called back. Then I called again and talked to a girl and still, I never got a call back. I don't know why you would have a business if you don't want to answer calls or contact your customers.
