Waitress staff is some good some bad .the bad ones try to work you for tips if they don't know you they are rude one waitress said I wouldn't eat anything off buffet .owner has no control over diner cause he runs convenient store also and if you do have a complaint most of all staff is relatives or friends so nothing gets done or changes mt pleasant needs another diner with more class like mt pleasant grill

Love the food and prices!!! We had a hamburger steak plate, meat and 2 plus peach cobbler, and the large cheeseburger plate for under $30! All were cooked just right also. The new building is beautiful and you cannot beat the southern hospitality in this place!!!

Good food, low prices and friendly waitresses. Just a simple, down-home place. As its name implies - just a small town diner - like stepping back into the 1950s.
