1.     Pre-martial / Dating Coach Counseling - We help couples recognize the warning signs when relationships change from "fighting for love to loving the fight.".  We coach them to become proficient in various skill sets of relationships such as - engaging in safe discussions, learning about each others unique language of needs and crafting a joint vision for their lives.

 2.     Marriage / Couples Coach Counseling - Couples who find themselves in a cycle of negativity, obstruction, turmoil and conflict need to be encouraged and supported to explore the origin of their conflict.  We help them change negative beliefs, modify and manage reactive habits so they break the cycle and allow growth, healing and re-connection to occur.  

3.     Separation / Divorce Coach Counseling - We work in a collaborative process to help each person gain clarity to either seek reconciliation or proceed toward an amicable ending, especially when children are involved.  We assist with mediation and help each individual move beyond the pain, fear and uncertainty to create the opportunities for their individual future.

4.     Life / Individual Coach Counseling  -  This category includes singles searching for a coach to support them in the dating arena.  We also work with individuals struggling with life transitions such as careers, relationships or loses in their lives.  We are empathic to help the walking wounded which include individuals suffering from the aftermath of a painful dating relationship / marriage.
