The storage units are fine, although the doors look like they are coming off of the tracks on some of them and its been like that for several months without being fixed. My biggest issue has been with the service. Whenever I try to get ahold of the guys that run this place (I did it once to change my payment method, once to report something I thought should be fixed on our unit, and another time to discuss an issue with billing/payment) it took them over a week to call me back. I'm in the process of trying to get a hold of them now and have called every day for the last 3 days, left several voicemails and still haven't hear anything back.
