The agency provides aides to the home, to independent and assisted living facilities and to Hospitals and Nursing Homes in both counties. Our skilled RN's meet with the families to assess and evaluate each client and develops a plan of care for each and everyone specific to their needs. We pride ourselves in not only caring for a patient, but for the whole family. We educate families to the questions that need to be asked upon discharge from the facility, understanding Medicare and Medicaid and helping them find other professionals to assist them with their ever-changing needs. Families know that we are available 24 hours a day-7days a week. We have been successful in obtaining our Medicaid License in both Westchester and Putnam and in the last year have received our CHAP Accreditation achieving a standard of excellence in the industry.

Subcontractor Programs Facilities in need of Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, Live-in Aides or RN/LPN Nursing as well as Medication Services may sub-contract our service personnel. Certified Home Health Agencies, Long Term Home Health Care Programs, and Hospice Programs are all great candidates for these customized programs.
