Did a good job initially on March 26, 2017, but didn't get out the full stump of one of the trees and one third to one half of it is still up to the ground level. Have been trying to get them to come and take care of this for over three weeks now and still the stump remains even after being patient and waiting and waiting for them to come out. I paid in full the night they came to grind the stumps and also gave a tip, so I expected them to come back and finish the job when notified about the stump. As of April 25, 2017 they have not finished taking out the stump.

When I first texted the owner Ryan on April 2, 2017 and let him know about the stump (after we went to level out the mulch in that area and found the stump was still there), I stated that I knew he was busy and that he could come back and take out the stump in the next two weeks. Well the two weeks were almost up and on April 13, 20177 I texted Ryan and asked him if we could set a day up to come and finish removing the stump in the next week, but never heard back from him. On Friday the 14th of April I sent two pictures by text showing how much of the stump remained and he finally called me. He said he had been busy and that he could come out on Easter Sunday if we were OK with that and I stated yes that would be fine. I also stated if he could not make it to text me and he could come out during the week following Easter Sunday. Tucker Tree never showed up on Easter Sunday April 16, 2017 and they never called or texted me. I have not heard from them at all and today is April 25, 2017. I have been very patient with them and if this matter does not get resolved they will leave me no choice, but to file a Consumer Affairs Complaint with the State of TN. Also I never received a receipt or invoice, but have a copy of my check, my texts and of course we know phone calls are recorded by cell phone companies. Why would a company not provide a receipt or invoice either?
