I've been going here for three years and have been really happy with the color, the hair cuts and some extensions from Tangles. I see that the previous review doesn't feel the same, but I'd just bet she and the stylist had a miscommunication some where because in all the times I've been there, I have never overheard any customer have any complaints at all.` They offer really stylish cuts and upscale products from experienced stylists. They're "ranked" by levels so you know what level of additional training your stylist has. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has gone there a lot longer than I have, and she has great looking hair too. The shop is attractive and very clean.

I had Heather Gammon as my stylist, and she did a poor job on my hair. She didn't listen to a word that I had said and when I called the next day for her to fix her mistakes she still charged me to do it. Over priced for a mediocre hair color.

Very good Hair Cut. Nice people and wonderful place to get your hair done. I love what they have done with my families hair. They truly do spoil you. I give Tangles Salon Top ratings. They really know how to spoil you while your getting a new look. Thanks So Much for Everything you Do!

Highly recommend! First time I felt like I was in a "stylists" seat! My hair was better than what i hoped for and the place is beautiful.
