Snodgrass and King is the absolute worst dental office I have ever visited. The outward appearance is beautiful and has great amenities for the kids. However, the way they treat their patients is traumatizing and dehumanizing. They yelled at my child, threatened him to stop crying, constantly changed his treatment plan without consulting with us, and have done hundreds of dollars of unnecessary dental work. Today, the lady that tried to take him back for treatment was so short and rude to him that he was having a panic attack. She wanted to put him in a straight jacket in order to do dental work that I did not consent to! I am LIVID and will be making sure that everyone knows what a terrible practice they are. They should not be allowed to treat young children by yelling, threatening, and restraining them to do dental work that is not needed. They are not in it for the children, they are in it for the money.

My daughter has had the best experience at Snodgrass & King! Dr. Heidi takes care of her as if she was her own daughter! The staff in the Mount Juliet office is very warm!

I will say the staff were very friendly. We chose this place specifically to make our son's first dental experience a pleasant one which I feel it was for him. He is 3 years old and I wish I had known up front that I was paying well over a C note to have someone brush his teeth with a toothbrush and tell us about proper dental procedures. Evidentally at 4 years they get the real deal dental experience. I could have done without spending $130 for the service we received. I was also a little surprise to find my charges 24% higher than the quote I received ($105)over the phone since we don't use insurance. Very friendly staff, but make sure you know up front what you are paying for and get something more than a verbal quote in advance to avoid surprises at cash out time.
