In October 2008, my wife and I moved to Tennessee. We wanted to rent a home in an area to see if it was someplace we wanted to raise our kids. We hooked up with ReMax Carriage House in Mt. Juliet, TN to search for a rental. That was a huge mistake for us. We were partnered up with Jenny Oswald from Remax, and she made our experience extremely painful. Her rudeness and inability to answer the simplest of questions in a timely manner has left us bitter and unwilling to refer ReMax to anyone else who may be looking for a home. As a matter of fact, anyone we come across who is looking for this type of service will know how unpleasant our experience with Jenny Oswald has been. She's bad for business, and that's unfortunate for ReMax Carriage House - Mt. Juliet, TN. Being from the Detriot area originally, I thought I had seen it all until I met her. More than once, I called her asking questions about the property. Can I have a portable pool? Can I have a small fire pit in the back yard? Not one time did she reply.

Once we found a home to purchase, she took her antics to a new level. As an example, on more than one occasion, she has cut my or my wifes phone calls short; hanging up with no warning.

We have always made our payments, never missing a single month. We may have been a few days late a time or two, but the rent was always paid.

Believe me when I tell you, my friends, family, and aquaintances will know...If you are looking for a home, whether rental or purchase, I strongly recommend you look somewhere other than ReMax Carriage House in Mt. Juliet, TN.

I would say never rent from this company. They are very unprofessional and rude to everyone they come in contact with. Jenny Oswalt and Ron Willis are really horrible to there tenants. I rented from them and my experience was very similar to the other two reviews. They made my life miserable. I cant even put into words the things that were done and said to me. I pray for all the people that they have hurt along the way. Please don't rent from them you will be sorry you if you do!

Mrs. Oswald is in-deed very rude and un-professional in every way. There simply isn't enough space to relate to you all the experience. I will say this though, if you want to be treated badly, and be very well informed of the fact that you are not people, but a means to easy money...then this lady will accommodate! Run, to another service...
