I had a terrible experience with a big name pest control firm that succeeded in selling me a contract but never actually got rid of the bugs. I have to wonder if that wasn't somehow intentional. But anyway this company takes care of its customers and what they need. I really like that they care about what you want done and get the job done. And the free estimates are awesome too.

Priority Pest Protection has the greatest customer service. They come out and solve your problem instead of trying to sell you services you don't need. They are great and I highly recommend them.

This is the local Mt. Juliet company that won Best of Nashville 2013 in pest control. They certainly deserve it for treating people right by calling ahead, explaining things, and not overcharging.

I just bought a new home and am being bombarded by pest control companies. So far, three different pest control companies have knocked on my door trying to earn my business. That is a turn off to me. In addition to having no solicitation in the neighborhood, I find it rude….so, I let them know I only use Priority Pest and that I don't even have to sign a contract with them. They come when I need them and I can stop anytime. I also tell them Priority Pest Protection guarantees their work and my satisfaction. That usually runs them off in a hurry. Priority Pest's mosquito and flea control is great in the summer, especially if you spend quite a bit of time in outside in the yard.

I wanted to take a moment out of my day to comment on this pest control company. Yes, they are family owned. For them, it means earning business and respect from customers. How many companies work without a contract? That tells you something. Be sure to ask about their mosquito control program too.

I am always pleased when you call a company and they care about the issue you had. When calling Priority Pest about a recurring ant problem I had. They gladly came out to my house for free and retreated. I have no issues now. They don't require a contract either. I feel they earn their business monthly.

They are attentive to detail. The best thing I can say about them is their treatments are effective and they care about me as a customer.
