I had a terrible experience with a big name pest control firm that succeeded in selling me a contract but never actually got rid of the bugs. I have to wonder if that wasn't somehow intentional. But anyway this company takes care of its customers and what they need. I really like that they care about what you want done and get the job done. And the free estimates are awesome too.

This is the local Mt. Juliet company that won Best of Nashville 2013 in pest control. They certainly deserve it for treating people right by calling ahead, explaining things, and not overcharging.

I am always pleased when you call a company and they care about the issue you had. When calling Priority Pest about a recurring ant problem I had. They gladly came out to my house for free and retreated. I have no issues now. They don't require a contract either. I feel they earn their business monthly.

We've used this company for all kinds of pest work through the years. Their exterminators even provide mosquito treatments for us in the summer. Oh and flea treatment of our yard too. They are attentive to detail. The best thing I can say about them is their treatments are effective and they care about me as a customer.
