This place has gone downhill. Very rude staff and annoyed that you came in to bother them. The woman has just a nasty attitude. The clothes aren't pressed as well and my pants now have several creases. Also, they cannot seem to staple the tags on the shirt anymore without stapling the shirt too. They have your clothes when they said you can get them but who wants to get beat up asking for a paid service? I've picked up my last cleaning from them after many years.

Fantastic! Shirts, pants, dresses, coats come out perfectly every time. They even got ink out of red satin dress. They warned me first that it might not work because they'd have to go very light since red can change color. I said I'd take the chance. It worked perfectly. They've NEVER MESSED ANYTHING UP AND WEVE USED THEM SINCE DAY 1 of their store opening, over 5 years ago! So I'm alarmed by some negative reviews here. The one that refers to their not speaking English is BS. They are Asian and have a slight accent, but they've understood everything I've said.

DO NOT USE! This place destroyed a very expensive dress of mine and vehemently denied it. They ripped it in two places and tried to cover it up. Was a loyal customer for a long time but they are not good people or business owners. Take your business to Classique or invest in Dryel. Not worth ruining your clothes.

Lady working counter very consistant, speaks English very well, and is always very professional. The prices are the same as everywhere else, therefore I prefer to go here, where I am treated with respect.
