I cannot say enough about NYNY. I order delivery from here once a week if not more. When I first moved out to Mt Juliet I reluctantly ordered the ziti. (I'm from Florida so I used to get really amazing NY ziti.) and WOW it did not disappoint at all! From there we've ordered the pizza, mozza sticks, alfredo, meat sauce, marinara, meatball sub, etc and they were all DELICIOUS!! I actually order my wings from there since the Buffalo Wild Wings in town is just awful-- I figured everything else at NY was so amazing that maybe their wings were good too --and I was right. Also, their service is amazing. Always arrive sooner than estimated time given on phone (I do live close though). And the young kids on their delivery team are very kind & thoughtful- 99% of the time they remember to call instead of knocking/ringing the door bell because I have a baby. I really cannot say enough about NYNY! Truly grateful to have some cheap yet delish Italian so close to me!

This has to be the most imcosisitent food experience ever. First, it is a chain...just not as largely popualted as, say, Pizza Hut. And the sometimes New Yorker attitude (arrogance) doesn't sit well with many in this area. Personally, I am a Northern transplant, too. The food has ranged from 2-5 stars. The service from 1-4 stars and they don't deliver to my section of Mt Juliet. But when I have been in their "zone"...let's just say that I could drive to the store, buy the ingredients and make a pie from scratch before theirs would arrive (minus the dough rising time). C'mon guys! Figure out what works and do it that way EVERY time!
