The lady that operates this business has always provided me with exceptional service. It seems every year I come at her with a last minute request and she goes out of her way to help me meet the deadline. That's exceptional in my book.

I driver by all the time to pick up a trophy and they are never here. I tried to call not even an answering machine. I really just wish they would post the hours of operation in the door or say them on an answering machine so I don't pull in this parking lot everyday for my 4 year old to be even more disappointed than he was the day before.
