They are open under new owner. The decor is beautiful. The service and price are fantastic. All the stylists are nice and very knowledgeable.

The other day I went to Fantastic Sams and had Cheryl. First, I had to tell her what i wanted, instead of her asking. Then, they usually ask if you want layers, which I did, she didn't ask. When I went back to get layers, she had an attitude. She also did it wrong. Today, I was straightening my hair and now that it is done, I realized how it was messed up, the second layer wasn't even with the other side. I still prefer to go there, I just wont get Cheryl.

That I did go to Franklin for the past 3 years but since his passing, I have started going to Clay. I thought it didn't get better then Franklin for the budget my family and I are on. But honestly Clay does a FANTASTIC JOB! way to go Clay! Sorry to hear things didn't work out for you up at FS. But I will be up to see you in a couple weeks to get my hair colored. Franklin at the sams in mount juliet .is an excellant hair dresser. I am a very hard person to please. an he has fixed my hair for about a year. an has always done an excellant job.

i've seen Franklin do many hairstyles on various people all his work has been excellent. If you want a great style go to Franklin.
