I love renting cars from Enterprise in Mt Juliet. There staff is always nice and professional and they always take care of me .
I have rented a bunch of cars from them and I will continue to rent from them. GREAT JOB!

My husband and I used there services for 2 months and everytime we walked into to the rental place everyone but one lady who work there was always so unpleasant. Unfortunately she never helped us. Our experience was nothing short of first getting overcharged and then it happened a second and third time. The last time I turned in my car which I had a month and even took it back once to rerent it and the man looked at it and everything was fine. When I tuned it in another sales man went outside came in and said that I had damages to the car which I was totally unaware of. He proceeded to show me two tiny scratches on the back .he true to say that there were other scratches but I just rubbed them out with my hand. So I took pics and asked exactly what he was going to turn into the insurance and he said the two scratches. Well we get a bill for almost $300.00 for not two scratches but many more damages and so much other thing he never even mentioned. They are crooks and will take advantage of you if you do not look at you bill and make sure you itemize everything. Do not go to this enterprise!!!!!
