My boyfriend and I had a great experience at this Burger King location. The manager Rachel was excellent ! In fact I think out of all the fast food restaurant manager I have ever encountered Rachel went far beyond the call of duty and made our nigh ! She made it so we would come back again just to see her. Our order was messed up and she took care of it imeadiatily ! She even made our food herself . She put brand new Patty's threw the broiler , toasted new buns, made our burgers ,dropped us brand new frenchfry and even got us fresh drinks and dessert. She was also calm collected and I appreciate that she took pride in her food. There was a fire in the children sandwich station and she handled that perfect. She replaced food that was ruined by the grease getting burned. No problem. Even though she was scared of the coniqunces she did THE RIGH THING and made it right with all her customer. Her team was great too. They were nice polite, friendly, and went out of there way to help. Logan at front counter, the guy on the chicken fingers station and the drive- threw attendant were all great. I was so impressed. I have worked in fast food all of my life and I can tell you this manager is one in a million. Four stars for this Burger King location and there outstanding Manager Rachel.
