Steer clear of this company. Instead of providing estimates they do the work without consent then bill you for it later. They even have a “corporate attorney” who sits in the small office. Red flag that they must have lots of conflict / litigation to deal with.

I had to look for a good roofing company after our 30-year-old house suffered severe storm damage to the roof. The first company I contacted told us the entire roof needed replacing, but i just couldnt accept (or afford) that. I called Austermiller and set up an appointment with them for a free estimate. The repair team that came out seemed very knowlegable, and i was relieved when they suggested we contact our insurance company to have them inspect for storm damage. Austermiller team met the insurance adjuster and handled everything. I got my entire roof replaced at the cost of only my deductible.

Due to the age of my roof and the fact that I had a small leak, I decided to get an estimate. Austermiller was highly recommended to me. I checked out their website and noticed the company was licensed and the owner had over 25 years experience. I obtained the telephone number from the site and made an appointment with a supervisor who i spoke to. He arrived on time for our appointment and his estimate was reasonable. After the job was completed, I was very happy with my new roof. The supervisor stayed onsite to supervise his worker and was particular about the work. The site was cleaned up and there was not any wasted time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Please before you use this company get estimates from several others. Their workmanship is horrendous. They will not stand behind any work they have performed. Oh, good luck speaking to someone who can address your problem. That one person always seems to be on another line or out of the office. Forget about getting a return call. Please just get more estimates and always check the Better Business Bureau before contracting. I think you will be surprised at the reviews on- line of this company. Just google Austermiller roofing.
