Had a great shopping experience with Sherie Floyd. She helped us choose the correct mattress for us, and helped us pick out a new sofa, chair and table.

We went into the Mount Juliet Ashley HomeStore with a store ad picturing what we "thought" we wanted in a sofa. We worked with sales associate, Will S. He was such a pleasure to work with. Will was very patient with us and knowledgeable. He first showed us the sofa we came in to see and then showed us other options until we found the perfect sofa, love seat, & chair. Everyone in the store was friendly and the entire experience was great. I will be returning to this store for all my future furniture needs and I will be looking for Will to assist me again.

From beginning to end this was a great experience. I was immediately greeted but with no pressure tactics. Sherrie who was the associate who helped me was fantastic! She gave me the layout of the store once she knew I was searching for a sofa. She let me browse and checked in on me periodically and when I was ready to talk it was if she appeared almost immediately of of thin air. She was knowledgeable, courteous and super helpful! The store was easily navigated and not cluttered as many furniture stores can be. The selection was great and the prices better. Everyone I encountered from the moment I walked in- to the associate who checked me out- and everyone in between was amazing! I am super excited to get my sofa delivered and I highly recommend!!!
