I had the most traumatic doctors office experience of my life at this clinic. I had a cyst that needed to be drained in a very painful area. I had come into the office already having major anxiety and the doctor only made it worse by refusing to look at me when he talked and choosing to only address my husband even though I was the patient. He then went on to preform the procedure knowing he didn't have the right kind of lidocaine (he even got onto the nurse for throwing the expired ones away saying nothing actually goes bad) I have a relatively high pain tolerance but I was screaming on the table from to much pain. He was so rough and kept telling me I was fine when I was very obviously not. The lidocaine he used didn't work and I felt everything. I left the office sobbing and feeling very violated. This happened a few months ago and sadly it's still something I try to avoid thinking about because of the trauma is caused. I would not recommend visiting this clinic.
