Never again!! We arrived at 9 am never got our food until 10:10 am!! First off it took ten minutes to get a drink order and then ten more to get a drink, there were straw wrappers and trash on the table which were never removed by the waitress or server, a full 60 minutes later our food arrived. No toast although it was ordered, server said she would be back in a moment with the toast, another ten minutes later the toast arrived, cold and hard, it was white when it was ordered whole wheat, when we told the server, she stated angrily that is not what I wrote down, but that she would be back, by now the eggs are cold although the toast had finally arrived, My cousin ordered ham loaf which was burnt, you could see it was visually black, my spoon out of the napkin package was clearly FILTHY! Which would indicate that it not only got past the dishwasher but it also clearly got past the person in which wrapped it within the napkin. This indicates to me, having previous restaurant experience that the management needs to wake up, either better training their employees or removing them from their failed positions. We had to wait for a box and never received a check, also had to tell the waitress two separate times we were in need of napkins, and when we were paying to leave we shared with the gentleman that we were not at all happy and his response to this was LAUGHING IN OUR FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????????? We are now calling Gus to see if he finds it humorous. Ridiculous we will NEVER go back, which is sad because my cousin lives some 6 hours away and always has looked forward to going to Gus's for eggs and her ham loaf. We will NEVER come back. (PATHETIC)

This man is a classic example of a gold digger, womanizer treat his employees like dirt I literally am sickened by this man. Here lately food is terrible because he has a different cook looking around the restaurant is filthy, want to hear him belittle his employees then yes I would eat here , no class!!

Our third time here, the food quality is great no long waiting. Service is excellent. Affordable prices, why go to a burger joint at the same price or more!

I ate there as a compromise for my Husband and must say that although their prices are pretty decent their food is not. Not at all. You get very skimpy portions, the waitress took forever to come to us. No one came around to ask if the food was good and we never got our rolls dispite asking 2 or 3 times. Each time she said "they are baking new ones". We ordered an appetizer and instead of getting it before our meal it came out after we got our meal. I'd much rather make the longer trip down the road to the Tic Tac at least you get soup & salad bar with their dinners and a waitress comes to acknowledge you. When they were busy the hostess took your drink order. A much better place all around!

I was not impressed. the food was terrible. the place itself made me want to fall asleep .....very gloomy we sat at the counter and it took a long time to even get a drink.
