The positive: We had them replace our sewer pipes and the job was completed, thus far, satisfactorily.



The negative: They made a huge mess of our basement and failed to clean it up. The sewage stench was awful. The response we got were excuses for their messiness. Our floor was covered with sewage and water. There were solid chunks of sewage left on our floor and footprints everywhere. Our carpet was wet and had a fine solid residue on it. They used our buckets without permission for their work and left them a dirty mess. After I called the company to express my concerns, I got a message asking me what I want them to do about it. They are the professionals; they should know how to handle this situation. I was away for the week when this happened and my husband and I have been cleaning up after this mess for three days now. In addition, they failed to contact us at the times we informed them that we would be available.



I would not recommend this plumber.

This hack came to my home for a simple repair job and completely damaged my toilet. While I was away the toilet leaked and ruined my entire ceiling and floor. This plumber would not return my calls to the point that I had to take him to small claims court, where I received a full ruling in my favor. Trust me, avoid like the plague.
