Bought a phone from here, they sent it out the door without properly activating it, or even checking it to make sure there was no issues. Phone had att diagnostic app on it blocking part of the phone's capabilities, meaning it was not a new phone, but had been at a service center for repairs. They refuse to fix or replace a phone bought 3 days prior. Manager is unknowledgeable and simply looks at the screen and stated it is working fine. Stay far away from this store!

My advice and wisdom is stay away from TWE also known as The Wireless Experience!!! They do not have any capabilities or enough training and or experience to continue any issues after the sale. Basically they BS you out the door and refer and refuse to provide any support or correction of issues. Lot's of excuses no help!!!
