On time, reliable, friendly service. Our carpets look almost like new and they're 7 years old and were in pretty bad shape. Reasonable rates. Definitely will have them back!

Very prompt and professional for the 8 times we have used them. Their pricing is below the big companies and do a better job. More like 10 stars than five for a rating.

Dixie carpet cleaning is an excellent, fast and friendly service. Showed up on time, did a great job with my pet stained carpets. Looked like I didn't own a pet. Very reasonable price and will use again.

I have used this company for years. They always arrive on time and do a great job cleaning. You can tell by watching them work that they care about the work they do. I will continue calling them to take care of my carpets.

Dixie Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job. John the technician and his helper were so great. My carpeting had never looked better. It looks like new.

Each year we get our carpets cleaned before the holidays hit and it's usually very expensive. However, we decided to step out this year and try another company. A friend recommended John Whitaker over at Dixie Carpet Cleaning so we gave him a call. He scheduled us right in and showed up on time.He and his assistant were very friendly. They moved furniture and cleaned the carpets. We even added some other areas and they gladly obliged for a nominal fee. They quickly did their job and the carpets turned out perfect! They even had me inspect it after the fact to make sure it met my standard. Overall it was a wonderful experience and cost us less than HALF of what it cost us last year with another company. I highly recommend this company!

The company stands behind its work. When you call them, the responce is great. They are very good in scheduling the work you need done. The floors are clean when they are finished.
