Hi! This product is amazing and truly works. I have had issues with cold feet and hands for years. The product is simple to use, just take out the insole of any closed shoe or boot and Hearshields slide right in. Now if they'd only make glove liners lol. Just bought a bunch for Christmas gift s. Nothing better than the gift of warmth.
