Absolutely the worst customer service. Buyer Beware!!!! I bought a 24x36 building from one of their resellers and they do not stand behind the dents that were in my brand new building door! They actually had the nerve to tell me today (3 months later BTW) that it is in their contract that manufacturer dents and scratches are not covered under warranty! I have pictures and reported all this to them the day after the install when I could review the building. The installers also did not install locks properly and left trash behind after install. Imagine if you bought a new car and the dealer says you have to deal with the scratches and dents in the car because they came from the manufacturer. After threatening negative reviews they sent a person with a door today BUT he said it might even be worse than the one I had and I had to sign for it before he would even put it up???? He also said that the company did not care about negative reviews or the BBB. Find another company that stands behind their product!
