Helping Hands Veterinary Clinic has been serving pets and their owners in rural Mount Airy, Maryland, for more than two decades. Our hospital in the historic stone farmhouse, a landmark in the village of Unionville, is where small-town charm and board-certified medicine come together to provide your pet with all the expertise of a big-city veterinary center. Helping Hands have been upgraded and renovated to meet modern standards of veterinary medicine and surgery. Under the ownership of Dr. Suma Rao since 2004, Helping Hands offers personalized care with advanced diagnostic equipment. The clinic is fully equipped with an in-house laboratory, radiology machine, surgery suite, and dental equipment. Our caring staff provides gentle, loving care in a professional environment. We offer convenient evening and Saturday hours to better serve you. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm.
