Showed up 3 hours late left my furnace in a mess told me i had electrical issues called electrician they said its a furnace problem then called another furnace place and they wont work on it because if what the whipkey employee jacob did now went in they blew us off called next day to see if someone was going to follow up and the jacob employee was rude went back up with electrician and 2nd furnace place numbers so they could call and verify we were telling the truth and so the 2nd guy could tell them what he said and they basically refused to come back out said it was our problem very unprofessional very rude i have two children with no heat and noone to come fix because of how they left it they lied and more or less blamed us i wouldnt go there especially if they send the employee jacob out to your house !
