The restaurant is under staffed, while working the drive thru pick up, the girl stayed on the phone 5 minutes, then started waiting tables before giving the food to the drive thru pick ups. This is very discouraging as normally Pizza Hut has standards for hot food and great service but this is not the case her. It is the second time that extremely slow service and cold food has been given to good patrons.

Uncooked pizza

I bought a pizza from the Moulton Alabama pizza Asst. Manager Alicia pulley told me to return it and she would give me a refund. I returned it only for her to tell me that she wouldn't give me a refund. Another employee named "fasa" threatened me that I don't know who I'm talking to and that he could have me " hurt". This is not the first or second time I've received raw pizza from this store.and I will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau am
