I have taken good quality clothes here and they usually sell and I find a few items to buy although the selection isn't always very high quality. One employee, I think, is so unpleasant she almost scares me. One time I called to see how much was in my account and she literally screamed at me over the phone, "This is not a bank!" I calmly repeated that I simply wanted to find out what was in my consignment account and she obviously realized how crazy she sounded but by then I was too shocked to talk any more. I think they should be careful about hiring someone who scares off customers. Once I receive my money, I will not deal with this place again.

The term "Upscale" as the name suggests doesn't quite fit, but there were a few good brands on the rack the day i was in. Great prices. Friendly service and best of all, proceeds support a local charity.

Upscale Resale is a wonderful little second hand shop tucked away amongst Main St. shops in

Morton. The prices are great,

clothing is in good shape,

and the volunteer staff are helpful and kind. Proceeds from

sales go to charity, so it feels

great to give Upscale Resale our

business!
